Cellule 42 is the controller for data processing related to this website. Its identification and contact details appear in the legal notice.

This website has no user accounts, data collection forms, advertising or analytics. No cookies are set by the website pages. Fonts and visual resources are hosted with the website.

The website is available in English and French. Use the EN/FR selector to switch languages. Your choice determines the address of the page you visit, without cookies or storing a language preference in your browser.

Access to contact details uses self-hosted ALTCHA anti-bot verification, without interaction tracking or browser fingerprinting. Our server checks the computation result; the random challenge is deleted after use or within two minutes. This mechanism does not retain IP addresses or visitor identifiers. It serves our legitimate interest in limiting automated collection of contact details. Verification is required to reveal them; other pages remain accessible without it.

Connection data

Your IP address and technical request information are needed to deliver pages to you. Security logs contain the IP address, date and time, requested path, request outcome and technical browser information. They help detect abuse and diagnose incidents, based on our legitimate interest in securing the website. They are kept for no more than thirty days from recording and then deleted. They are not used for audience measurement.

Data related to this website and email correspondence is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

Email correspondence

When you email us, we process your email address, any identity information you provide, your message and attachments to reply and follow up. This is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries; requests for a quote or contractual collaboration are processed to take precontractual steps at your request. Sending a message is voluntary. We cannot handle an enquiry without sufficient information or a way to reply.

Routine email correspondence is retained for a maximum of three years from the last exchange, to follow up on your enquiry.

Access to data is limited to authorised Cellule 42 personnel and technical hosting and email providers, as needed to perform their duties.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests, subject to the conditions of the GDPR. Data portability applies where its conditions are met. Send your request to Cellule 42 by email or post using the contact details in the legal notice.

We respond within one month. If the complexity or number of requests requires an extension, we inform you within that first month; the deadline may be extended by a further two months.
